All components are surface treated or made of corrosion resistant materials. The temperature sensing element is a bimetal helix. Setting of contacts is indicated on the indicating scale.
Case -
the casted aluminium alloy with baked enamel finish over a first coat of etching primer. Clear transparent window of tough acrylic plastic, weatherproof according to DIN 40050.
Switches -
two micro switches rated at 5A 250V AC or 0,2A 250V DC.
Electrically seperated switching circuits. The switches close on temperature rise. Insulation tested to ground at 2000V for 1 minute.
